This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the Rental Tracker website and web portal, operated by Tamation Inc. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Quick summary: We use only strictly necessary cookies — the ones that keep you signed in and protect forms from cross-site attacks. We run no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. The landing site uses no cookies at all. Stripe's own pages (checkout, billing portal) are subject to Stripe's cookie practices.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you — for example, that you've signed in — between page loads and visits.
Cookies we set

These are strictly necessary — the portal cannot function without them. They are not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking you on other sites.
Cookies we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies;
- No third-party analytics cookies — the landing site collects only standard server access logs (see the Privacy Policy);
- No social-media tracking pixels.
Third-party pages
When you upgrade a plan or manage billing, you are handed off to Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe may set its own cookies there under its Cookie Policy; we don't control those.
The mobile app
The Rental Tracker mobile app does not use browser cookies. It stores authentication tokens securely in the device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android), which serves the same sign-in purpose.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in to the web portal — the mobile app is unaffected.

If we change the cookies we use, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
